Weight Loss & Wellness
This 13-week program teaches you how God
can be the foundation of your need and desire to be healthy
(emotionally, spiritually, and physically). You'll learn how to let God
help you overcome struggles with food and weight. The sessions include
reading assignments, material review, Biblical study, discussions,
impactful activities and presentations from professions to cover topics
related to fitness and nutrition. The program is based on material from
Lose It For Life (LIFL), written by Stephen Arterburn and Dr. Linda
Mintle. It is open to men or women, age 18 and older.
